Cooking is my art—every ingredient tells a story of flavor and emotion, and I build each dish from nearly two decades of culinary experience.
I’ve built my craft from the ground up
I discovered my love for cooking as a child, sharpened my skills in restaurants at 16, and then pursued my culinary education at George Brown College.
I obsess over the details
My philosophy is simple: precision and patience, high-quality non-GMO ingredients, and as much from-scratch cooking as possible—so every bite feels intentional.

































Chef Salmon provided an absolutely incredible experience for my guests and I. A menu bursting with flavours and generous portion sizes made for the perfect meal. Dinner service was smooth - all plated meals looked stunning, and Chef told us what it was as it was being served. The meals were visually appealing. The clean-up left our kitchen spotless! Chef Salmon and his assistant were wonderful to work with. They were incredibly friendly and indulged many of our guests' questions and curiosities (which I'm sure was distracting during a busy service). I hope to have him back again for our next get-together :)
